Cosmo Pony is a convivial cocktail bar with a cosmopolitan soul, located at Grand Hyatt Jakarta. A joint venture between The Union Group and Jigger & Pony Group, it will be a living room of the city for Jakartans and cocktail lovers to find comfort, forge friendship and share happiness.
Silvio Daniele
Born and raised in Naples, Silvio’s first taste of hospitality was a part-time gig while working towards a law degree. Falling in love with the industry, he moved to London to pursue his passion at bars like The Blind Pig Soho.
Silvio joined Jigger & Pony Group’s ingredient-focused cocktail bar Gibson in 2016, before becoming Principal Bartender at Jigger & Pony. His magnetic personality, expertise in his craft & leadership skills contributed to Jigger & Pony being named #1 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2020. Growing with the company over seven years, he rose to Group Operations Support before uprooting to Jakarta to now captain the ship at Cosmo Pony.
